Requirements:
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Bachelor’s degree (education in marketing, PR, business, hospitality or sales is an asset)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with a diverse international Legal age Smokers.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly and concisely explain product features and benefits to Legal age Smokers
- Proven sales aptitude and a customer-centric approach, ideally with experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team within the dynamic duty-free environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage interactions with travellers effectively.
- Professional appearance representing the premium nature of the company.
- Fluency in English, Arabic and other international languages is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on airport operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic understanding of duty-free regulations and passenger flows is a plus
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools

- High level of personal integrity and responsibility in handling regulated products
Duties:
- Detailed knowledge of all company’s product portfolio and ability to communicate it effectively to LAS and LANUs (CC and SFP)
- Proactively approach, Engage and educate Legal Age Smokers (LAS) about Company’s Smoke Free Products within duty-free retail space
- Promote and sell Company’s products to legal age smokers only by utilizing key selling messages
- Strictly avoid promoting or engaging with pregnant women and when children are present.
- Demonstrate first-class customer service and address all customer queries in accordance with Duty-Free policies.
- Actively focus on upselling and increasing sales during promotional activity periods
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and guided trials to showcase the unique features and benefits of IQOS.
- Provide personalized advice and answer inquiries from travellers regarding IQOS technology, usage, and regulations in their destination countries.
- Drive sales of IQOS devices and the smoke free products by effectively highlighting the value proposition.
- Ensure product availability and maintain an appealing and informative presentation of Company’s brands within the duty-free area.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the Smoke Free Products within the travel retail channel.
- Provide feedback on travellers insights, preferences, and any challenges encountered in the duty-free environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as duty-free regulations.
- Accurately report sales and activities as required
- Provide POS insights – photos of the planograms and overall, POS setup
- Use digital tools to collect consumer leads and register new consumer profiles in DF Link tool
- Complete educational trainings provided by the Company to ensure the right product knowledge and customer-centric skill set
- Create positive and memorable brand experiences for travellers, fostering brand loyalty and advocacy
Stock Management
- Request stocks daily through stock requisition from the merchandising department.
- Ensure that products are rotated according to production dates during stock replenishment.
- Co-ordinate with designated supervisors / merchandisers regarding any out-of-stock situations promptly and inform the Team Lead if necessary
POS Management
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the assigned area and Point of Sale Materials (POSMs), ensuring accurate shelf price labels are present.
- Always maintain Company-provided planograms on gondolas and back walls to ensure consistent product presentation
- Report to the team lead any issues related to maintenance – screens not working, damaged retail furniture etc.
- Make sure that the visuals on the backwalls and showcases reflect the right product
- Maintain adequate stock levels of promotional premiums during promotional campaigns and immediately inform supervisors of any shortages.
