CASH VAN SALES DESCRIPTION:
- Achieve brands sales & distribution targets within the assigned geography (effective demand generation, issuance of invoices, and cash collection).
- Comply to set operational KPIs and the company’s Route-to-market operating software.
- Expand company’s visibility & availability: Horizontally via expanding coverage month on month, and vertically via maximizing then sustaining highest lines per invoice.
- Comply with company standard procedures in terms of invoicing, cash collection & reconciliation, and stock reconciliation.
- Manage freshness (FIFO) principles across the van and retail to block any possible damage or return.
- Ensure products are effectively loaded, stored and transported under appropriate conditions and cleanliness condition.
- Report competitive activities on weekly basis.
- Ensure correct pricing in the assigned geography as per recommended selling prices.
- Deliver superior execution, monitoring and delivery of brand activity at outlet level: Ensure availability – visibility – accessibility – point of sales material for all products within the assigned geography are as per the communicated brands guidelines.
- Drive the company van safely and responsibly, complying with traffic and safety regulations
- Ensure daily cleanliness and basic maintenance of the van
- Safeguard company assets including inventory, cash, and sales equipment
- Comply with company policies and Lebanese laws and regulations
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous behavior with customers
- Be adaptable and support additional operational tasks as required
- Contribute ideas to improve route planning, sales efficiency, and product visibility
- Actively help establish the company’s food products in new markets
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma (minimum)
- At least 7 years experience in cash van sales or FMCG sales preferred
- Valid Lebanese driving license
- Ultimate knowledge of local areas and routes
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
