Job Description

We are seeking a Workday/Prism Consultant to join our dynamic Workday implementation team. This role will be key in configuring Workday to enhance existing features and implement new functionalities, with a focus on delivering data-driven insights and streamlined HR processes.

You will play a vital role in our Prism Analytics implementation, including extracting data from SuccessFactors, transforming it for Prism, and building reports within Workday to effectively visualize business-critical data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and optimize Workday features to support business needs and enhance user experience.
  • Participate in the full cycle of Prism Analytics implementation: data extraction, transformation, loading, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business requirements.
  • Analyze HR processes and data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards within Workday to support data-driven decision making.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the Workday platform.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Workday configuration and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics
  • Strong understanding of data warehouses and data analytics concepts
  • Solid working knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and transformation
  • Familiarity with HR processes and systems, particularly SuccessFactors
