Role Purpose
Drive sales growth by developing and managing relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and key retail accounts, ensuring strong distribution, visibility, and volume for the company’s portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Account Management
- Prospect and onboard new HoReCa and retail clients.
- Manage a portfolio of active accounts and grow volume per outlet.
- Execute regular outlet visits (call cycle) and ensure proper coverage.
- Negotiate listings, prices, promotions, and visibility.
- Business Development
- Identify new opportunities (chains, groups, caterers, cloud kitchens).
- Propose bundles, and promotions
- Build strong relationships with owners, procurement managers, chefs, and baristas.
- Execution & Merchandising
- Ensure correct product placement, stock availability, and POS visibility.
- Coordinate with delivery and warehouse for smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing in the market.
- Reporting & KPI Tracking
- Achieve monthly sales targets (volume, value, distribution).
- Report daily visits, orders, pipeline, and collection status.
- Provide market feedback on pricing, trends, and customer needs.

- Distribution of priority SKUs
Profile & Skills
- 5 to 7 years experience in HoReCa or FMCG sales.
- Strong network in restaurants, cafés, hotels (especially Beirut / key cities).
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, field-oriented, target-focused.
- Fluent in Arabic & English (French a plus).
- Valid driving license.
