Payroll Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a detailed-oriented and client-focused Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations for our outsourcing portfolio. You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle—including new hire onboarding, leave management, and final offboarding—ensuring that every employee in your assigned client group is paid accurately and on time while maintaining strict compliance with local labor and tax laws.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Lifecycle Management

  • New Hire Setup: Coordinate the onboarding process, including collecting banking details, tax forms, and personal information for new employees in the payroll system.
  • Record Maintenance: Manage the 360-degree employee lifecycle by updating statuses for promotions, contract changes, and personal detail amendments.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee enrollment in health insurance, pension plans, and other client-specific benefits.

Payroll Processing

  • Full-Cycle Execution: Process weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payrolls from inception to completion for various client sectors.
  • Calculations: Accurately calculate wages, overtime, commissions, bonuses, and complex deductions such as garnishments or tax levies.

Offboarding & Compliance

Final Settlements: Manage the offboarding process, including calculating final pay, exit adjustments, and processing “Records of Employment” or relevant local leaver forms.
