Office Manager

The selected candidate will be responsible for both accounting functions and overall office management, including but not limited to:

 1. Accounting Duties:

·       Handling daily accounting tasks and financial records 

2. Office Management Duties:

·       Supervising and coordinating office staff

·       Managing daily operations and administrative tasks

·       Handling appointments, phone calls, and correspondence

·       Reviewing and following up on emails on a regular basis

·       Managing office purchases and supplies

·       Overseeing office cleanliness and coordinating cleaning services

·       Ensuring periodic administrative compliance (e.g., official journal follow-ups)

·       Maintaining office security and organization (keys, access, etc.)

·       Monitoring and ensuring timely payment of bills (telephone, internet, utilities, etc.)

·       Preparing and organizing internal meetings, including agenda setting

·       Tracking all the deadlines and maintaining logs for court hearings

·       Organizing files, templates, and maintaining the office library

·       Coordinating with IT service providers when needed

 We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented candidate with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a professional legal environment.
