Customer Service Officer

The Service Agent’s role is a client service facing and key revenue generating position to the Company. This position has the primary responsibility to service customers, build relationships with existing clients, and drive sales conversion and.
Major roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

Client welcoming:

1. Attending to client needs by phone, answering questions and doing the necessary to convert sales lead, using cordial greetings and professional welcoming service and support.

2. Attending to walk-in client needs using cordial greetings and professional welcoming service and support.

3. Answering any chat request received.

Client rental servicing:

1. Generating rental contracts.

2. Processing various rental forms, verifying clients’ credentials and making sure the info is properly input in the system.

3. Booking the right vehicle category for the client depending on needs, pick-up andand drop-off dates. 4. Performing sales activities including cross-selling, and up-selling (e.g. GPS, Car Seat, Insurance, etc.). 5. Explaining the terms and conditions to the client and make sure all queries were answered with clarity.

6. Arranging for vehicle readiness in coordination with the Operations Department and follow up on vehicle readiness and time-to-deliver and make sure that time is respected.

7. Handling entire payment procedure (collecting deposits via cash or credit cards) with clients from explaining fees through payment processing.

8. Processing the invoicing and handoff to cashier for payment (for walk-in clients).

Client follow up:

1. Maintaining accuracy and completeness of client records into the system.

2. Translating client-reported problems to the Operations Department and follow up on resolution then follow up with client.

3. Build a lasting and meaningful relationship with individual clients

• Bachelor Degree or above in sales.
• Above 3 years of experience in related industries.
• Be familiar with the rental business.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Deal closer.

Age Range: Between 24 and 35 years of age
Language Fluency: English, French is a plus
