We are hiring a Full Stack AI Developer to join the IS Development (IS DEV) team of one of our prestigious international partners in the financial technology sector. The developer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-enabled applications that empower consultants in their functional analysis and decision-making processes. This position combines strong full-stack engineering skills with hands-on experience in AI and modern deployment practices.

- Essential Skills:
- 2+ years of experience working with .NET Core, Angular, and Python
- Understanding of SOLID principles, Domain-Driven Design, and microservices
- Hands-on with Generative AI technologies (LLMs such as GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.)
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Excellent communication skills
- Other Requirements:
- Familiarity with Docker & Kubernetes for containerized AI application deployment
- Building intelligent systems using Langchain, Agentic AI frameworks, or similar orchestration tools
- Implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and knowledge augmentation techniques
- Background in MLOps practices for automating AI model deployment and monitoring
- Academic Background Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
