Job Description

  • Plan, manage and coordinate all web operations & support (website design and development, SEO, meta data, user experience, mobile applications & connected TV apps design and development, push notification, video on demand, live streaming, domain names, android & apple stores management).
  • Identify customer needs and define product requirements, work with Design team to define ways to engage and delight end users with a great user experience, work with Development team to develop and deliver new features across platforms.
  • Manage subscriptions on TV SVOD platform, coordinate closely with payment gateways and generate performance and subscription reports.
  • Support subscribers.
  • Manage SVOD content publishing & management & marketing strategies.
  • Manage digital rights/content ID & follow up on illegal content.
  • Plan, design, build and manage digital publishing strategies for the TV Channel, TV shows and News on social media.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns, website, mobile app, connected TV apps and social media platforms.
  • Manage & provide support to all digital/social channels, optimize performance & monetization.
  • Manage digital ad campaigns.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on data.
  • Coordinate with the Ads team & optimize platform performance & manage house ads.
  • Plan and manage digital budgets.
  • Manage the Digital teams, coordinate with various departments (HR, News, Programming, Promotions, Graphics, Finance, Sports, etc…) & management.
  • Manage and run campaigns/events online with different NGOs & organizations
  • Research new strategies & best practices.

Qualification :

  • Master degree in Degree in Business Administration, Radio /TV, Marketing Advertising, Digital Media, or equivalent.
  • Min 7 years of experience in Advertising, Digital Media, or similar.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager.
  • Good understanding of E-commerce and CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with all major social media networks, Excellent understanding of digital practices such as SEO, SEM, and SMO.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent financial and analytic abilities.
  • Adaptable, and has the ability to keep up to date with consumer and marketing trends and advancements in technology.
