Research, analyze and administer human resources programs and services to enhance the organization’s ability to attract, retain, and motivate high quality employees in a competitive and cost effective manner.
1- Ensure that employees are informed through adequate and timely communication tools in adherence to policies and procedures.
2- Administration and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and practices through effective compensation and benefits market analyses, meeting the needs and budgets.
3- Ensure proper administration of (contracts, personal files, transfers, necessary forms/documentation and labor books, legal “orders”) and record keeping, provide management with data and trends to support decisions and fulfill all reporting obligations to the authorities.
4- Ensure employee engagement is achieved as a result of proper HR programs execution.
5- Maintains a detailed and accurate knowledge of local labor law and its changes and impact on company employee population. ensures company compliance with local Labor Laws and internal policies at all time.
