Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Client Engagement Specialist to support our user acquisition and retention efforts. You will serve as the first point of contact for new users—guiding them through our platform and helping them get started. You will also assist with maintaining strong relationships with existing users by providing timely support, product information, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage and qualify inbound leads from CRM and marketing campaigns
- Convert verified prospects into active users by clearly communicating the value of our platform and solutions
- Assist new users with account setup and onboarding
- Provide clear explanations of product features and platform functionality
- Follow up with users who have not completed onboarding or activated their accounts
- Support the client success team by maintaining and nurturing a portfolio of active users
- Promote platform tools and services to encourage engagement and repeat activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure user journeys meet service and quality standards
- Contribute to achieving activation, engagement, and retention targets
Requirements
- University degree in a related field
- Previous experience in Sales, Account Management, or a related field
- Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of or interest in customer support
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets efficiently
- A dynamic, organized, and results-driven professional able to meet deadlines
- CRM experience is a plus
- A confident, coachable, and target-oriented mindset
