We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic GenNext Marketing professional with 1–2 years of FMCG marketing experience to support brand management activities for a key category within our portfolio.
This role offers strong exposure within a well‑established multinational environment, providing hands‑on experience across brand execution, innovation and relaunch delivery, performance tracking, and cross‑functional collaboration. The role is dynamic and fast‑paced, requiring strong organization, prioritization, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day brand management activities for a core FMCG category.
- Support the planning, coordination, and on‑time landing of innovations and relaunches, working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Support digital and social marketing activities, including content rollout and performance tracking.
- Track brand, innovation, and campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and support post‑activity analysis and reporting.
- Prepare clear, structured presentations and updates for brand reviews and key internal forums.
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring strong time management and prioritization.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g. sales, finance, supply chain) and external partners when required.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (Business, Communications, or equivalent).
Experience & Background
- 1–2 years of experience in FMCG marketing.
- Proven track record of launching successful marketing campaigns and innovations.
