Membership Sales Manager / Sr. Manager

This is a sales-focused role responsible for closing new memberships and retaining existing members. The Membership Sales Manager / Sr. Manager will drive revenue growth by optimising sales workflows and engagement strategies, while collaborating with teams on CRM insights (without full ownership of CRM management or deep data analysis.)

Job Requirements:

●    Middle Eastern Market Knowledge & Network: Deep understanding of the Middle Eastern market with a strong network of decision-makers to drive business growth.
●    Consultative Sales & Account Management: Proven ability to engage clients through consultative selling, build strong relationships, and effectively manage accounts.
●    Process-Driven Sales Approach: Strong ability to refine and optimise sales workflows, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the sales process.
●    Executive-Level Engagement: Comfortable and confident in engaging with CEOs and senior executives to drive high-value business opportunities.
●    Proactive & Goal-Oriented Mindset: Highly adaptable, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving business objectives.
●    CRM & Sales Analytics: Ability to leverage customer relationship management (CRM) tools (e.g., HubSpot) to track sales performance, analyse trends, and optimise pipeline efficiency.
Qualifications
Years of Experience: Years of Experience: Min. 10 years of B2B sales and/or consultative sales experience, ideally within membership organisations, executive networks or consulting.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Personal Skills: Perfect command of the English language, exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, keen attention to detail, adaptability to fast-paced sales environments, and a self-motivated approach to achieving targets.
Key Requirement: The candidate must have dual nationality or a valid Schengen/US visa
