Sales Operations Manager
Job Summary
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing all sales operations activities to support the company’s sales objectives . This role ensures efficient sales processes, accurate reporting, effective route-to-market execution, and strong coordination between sales, logistics, finance, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
1-Sales Operations & Planning
- Develop and implement sales operational plans aligned with company targets
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across all channels (cash van, wholesale, key accounts)
- Analyze sales data, trends, and KPIs to support decision-making
- Prepare sales forecasts and support budgeting processes
2- Team & Field Coordination
- Support route planning and territory optimization
- Ensure proper execution of pricing, promotions, and product launches
- Monitor field productivity and recommend improvements
3- Inventory & Supply Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure product availability
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and slow-moving items (critical in confectionery)
- Support demand planning to minimize shortages and wastage
4-Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare regular sales reports for management
- Track KPIs such as coverage, productivity, distribution, and sales growth
- Identify gaps and propose corrective actions
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in FMCG sales operations or sales management
- Experience in confectionery, food, or fast-moving consumer goods preferred
- Strong understanding of the Lebanese market and distribution channels
- Experience working with distributors, wholesalers, and retail chains

Working Conditions
