Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a Sales Supervisor with strong experience in the cosmetics industry and beauty salon sales channels to lead and support our sales team. The ideal candidate has a solid background in professional beauty products, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive sales performance in the salon and professional market.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
  • Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules
  • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Train new sales representatives
  • Supervise sales representatives and assistants
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Assist sales team to meet and exceed goals
  • Meet all sales quotas and goals
  • Answer customer questions and follow-up calls

Experience

3 years in same position and 5 years in the industry

Education

Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent
