Senior Supervisor / Retail Sales

The Senior Supervisor’s role is a client service facing and key revenue generating position to the Company.

This position has the primary responsibility to manage directly the retail sales team, service customers, build relationships with existing clients, and drive sales conversion.

Major roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

A- Train and supervise front desk agents:
1. Attend to the needs and queries of all CSOs.

2. Train willingly, diligently and conscientiously existing and new CSOs on systems, scripts, troubleshooting, problem solving, etc.

3. Monitor on a daily basis all CSO deliverables.

4. Delegate tasks equally and monitor delivery as per deadlines set (data cleansing, overdue, rental email, etc.).

5. Being a productive Team Player with co-workers and management with strong emphasis on quality and efficient customer service.

6. Track sales activities: calls, booking requests, sales, etc..and share with Management.

7. Make sure targets are met.

8. Generate the required KPIs and monthly sales reports.

9. Suggest and implement ideas for boosting sales and improving performance

B- Generate new retail business:

1. Approach travel agencies/hotels/touristic sector and generate leads (clear business plan to be submitted).

2. Approach brokers to enhance business.

3. Suggest new lines of revenues.

C. Systems and reports:

1. Data sheets (branch sales reports and others).

2. CRM reporting.

3. Generate reports as required by Management.

Profile requirements:
• Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing and Sales preferably.
• Above 3 years of experience in related industries.
• Being familiar with the rental business is a plus.
• Ability to lead, coach and train on the job.
• Ability to address issues, troubleshoot and manage expectations.
• Strong sales skills and communication.
• Age Range: Between 24 and 35 years of age
• Language Fluency: English, French is a plus.
